FAQ
Questions about packages and pricing
Answers on choice, limits, switching and billing.
Which package do we need?
It mainly depends on the number of active workers: Basis up to 49, Professional up to 249, Enterprise without a limit. You also need Enterprise if you want to model several legal entities or use central sign-in via SSO.
Can I test the app first?
Yes. You can test the app free of charge for 14 days before choosing a package.
What happens if we exceed the worker limit?
When you add or import more workers, the app points out the limit of your package. After switching to the next package you continue with the same data.
Do small companies need this at all?
Yes. Hiring transparency (Art. 5), pay criteria (Art. 6) and the right to information (Art. 7) apply regardless of company size. For pay progression criteria (Art. 6), Member States may exempt employers with fewer than 50 workers.
Does Professional cover the reporting duty under Art. 9?
Yes. You calculate the metrics per category, finalize the report and document submission under the four-eyes principle. The report itself is submitted via the national reporting channel.
What happens with a pay gap of 5% or more?
The app flags affected categories. If the gap is not objectively justified and not remedied within six months, it guides you through the joint pay assessment under Art. 10 – with justification, remedial measures and worker representative involvement.
How does Enterprise differ from Professional?
The legal features are the same. Enterprise adds organization: several legal entities and countries, a country rulebook, SSO sign-in, integration with HR systems on request and priority support. We prepare the price as an individual offer.
How is billing handled?
Basis costs EUR 249 per month or EUR 2,490 per year, Professional EUR 449 per month or EUR 4,490 per year. Annual billing includes two months free. Enterprise is offered individually.
